Coach Justin is originally from Panama City Beach, FL and loves anything to do with the beach/outdoors. He has coached/managed at a CrossFit gym for near 10 years before opening this one. He has a passion for sports and has played/coached nearly every sport out there. He has been in the army for over 12 years and has multiple deployments.  He has tons of coaching certifications and is a CF-L2 instructor and studying for his L3. He is a self described professional student and life long learner.

About

Christina Mazzullo is a third generation military brat turned military spouse. She has lived all over the country, but is a beach girl in her core! Tina is an adaptive athlete, and takes special interest in making sure anyone can adapt and overcome what is perceived to be a limitation. She studied Engineering and Business at Auburn University and Dietetics at LSU. She is passionate about health and wellness and is a Nutrition Consultant for Prana Healthcare, Tarheel CrossFit, and Cactus Creek Coffee! CrossFit is the first sport she ever stuck with because the community is so inclusive! CrossFit doesn’t say you can’t because of a limitation, CrossFit figures out how to make you succeed with or without limitation! This is why Tina obtained her CF-L1&2, and is going for her L3!! In her spare time, Tina is with her family, enjoying the outdoors or delicious food!

Molly is originally from Oxford, MA but has been up and down the east coast in her coaching career. In 2013, she graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. After that Molly went on to earn a Master’s of Science specializing in Physical Education/Teacher of Education. She is currently a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the 27th EN BN at Fort Bragg. Molly is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the NSCA and Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. In her spare time she is rooting for all things New England, playing rugby or exploring outside with her fiancé Eric and pup Brady. Molly’s favorite exercise is anything to do with Olympic Lifting.

Anthony is from Hudson Falls, NY and currently serves in the Air Force. He began coaching in 2017, and has grown tremendously since then. He enjoys spending time outside of work/gym with his wife Courtney and their dogs Ruger and Houdini. Anthony loves sports and if often found on a golf course or jumping out of a plane. He is a CF-L1 coach and loves teaching gymnastics.

Aaran is from Seattle, WA and started CrossFit in April 2018 and started coaching in September 2018. A former fat kid, he spends most of his free time thinking of cinnamon buns, chasing down coach Kris during Metcons and trying to keep his dog Lucy from a life of crime. He is a graduate of the Army Master Fitness Course, holds a BLS and AED certification. Aaran teaches our barbell class on Saturday mornings before the Saturday partner WOD. Favorite movement: Clean and Jerk.

Kris was born in Vallejo California but spent most of his life in Napa County. He played high school basketball, point sparring, and spent a few years as a sponsored skateboarder. He has been coaching in this very building since 2016. He uses crossfit as a competitive fix from growing up in sports and also respects the fluidity in its movements. He enjoys spending time with his wife Chelsea, and loves eating.

Coach Michelle started CrossFit in 2009, and found what would change everything about fitness for her. She fell in love with CrossFit from the moment she did that first excruciating WOD and has never looked back. In 2011, Michelle received her Level 1 Certification and began her journey as a Trainer. Michelle has never stopped learning and developing as a Coach and as an athlete. Michelle has attended The CrossFit Endurance Certification, a Pose Running course taught by Doctor Romanov, the CrossFit Defense Course, and Olympic lifting seminars. Michelle has ran two marathons and multiple half marathons. Michelle has developed her own unique coaching style by teaching athletes to master the basics and leading group classes of 20+ athletes. Michelle is very compassionate and dedicated to the people she trains. "It is by far the most rewarding job on the world!"Michelle is a mother of three beautiful girls and married her best friend 17 years ago. They both promote a healthy lifestyle through sports and CrossFit.

Tamara Maynard "Coach T" is from Staunton, VA. She started her coaching journey back in 2015 at Fort Huachuca, AZ and is a Crossfit level 2 trainer. She graduated from Cochise College with an Associates Degree. She is an Army veteran, spouse, and mother. In her free time, when she isnt in the gym, she likes to bake and decorate cookies, cakes, and all things sweet.

He played D1 college football at Utah State University while receiving a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He started CrossFit in 2011 and has lost 60 pounds eating healthy and training. He started coaching crossfit in 2015 and joined the Army in 2018.

Steve is originally from Chicago, IL. Steve has been in the Army for 15 years and got into Crossfit in 2008 on one of his deployments.
