Kirill was born in Russia, and grew up in Oklahoma. He found CrossFit in 2019 with the help of a mentor who saw him in the gym doing what he described as “Bro Workouts” and loved both the energy and community that came it. He believes that everything happens for a reason and that God has a path designed for you with struggles that you will overcome. He earned his CF-L1 to help other people on their journey through fitness and cheer them on as a coach. He loves to play rugby, lift heavy things with friends, and is always down for sushi!

Julius was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to California in 2012. Growing up Julius played Volleyball at a competitive level. After his Sports career ended, he gained weight, and in 2014 he started his weight loss/fitness journey and changed his unhealthy lifestyle. Julius discovered CrossFit in 2018 because he was going through some stressors in life. He immediately fell in love with the community and it helped him get through the adversities. He believes to always trust the process, and after many years of learning and enjoying CrossFit, he decided to earn his CF-L1 and become a Coach. He has his undergrad in Marketing and he is a certified Montessori Early Childhood Educator. In his free time, he loves to run, hike, cook and drink a great cup of coffee.

Sam is originally from Van Nuys, CA, and has spent time in North Carolina, Germany, and Korea over his military career. He played competitive Tennis growing up. Sam started CrossFit in Afghanistan in 2007 and began coaching at Fight Tonight and Camp Humphreys CrossFit in 2018. Sam retired from the army in 2013 with over 20 years of service. He believes wellness is the path toward independence and freedom from life’s challenges.

Nate is from Slidell Louisiana, which is the home of good ole’ cajun cooking. Growing up, Nate was always active in different sports or anything to do with fitness. In 2012 he joined a CrossFit gym and fell in love with everything that CrossFit stood for. Nate has a passion to help change people’s life for the better and help them believe in themselves and achieve their personal goals. When Nate is not in the gym or working, he loves to travel and discover different parts of the world. His lifelong quote is “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right!”

Nadine is originally from Massachusetts, and grew up as a competitive cheerleader. She began coaching cheerleading in 2013, and her passion for gymnastics and helping people grew from there. Nadine quickly fell in love with CrossFit because of the community, inclusivity, and the competitive nature of the sport. Overwhelmed with excitement she quickly got her L1 and is always working to expand her knowledge. Coaching is her greatest passion because she loves seeing athletes crush their goals and transcend past what they thought was ever possible.

Sam is a Fayetteville native who moved away to attend college, but found himself back home after graduation. Sam grew up running track/cross-country and in college started weightlifting. Sam enjoyed keeping his cardio and weightlifting separate, until he was invited to a CrossFit workout—he was smoked and has been doing it ever since. When Sam is not throwing weights around at the gym, he enjoys shooting at the range.

Joe is originally from Long Island, NY and has spent the last 10 years in Tennessee where he first found CrossFit. Joe is constantly trying to grow as an athlete and a coach. He has a passion for working with athletes to help them reach their goals. He is currently working on his BS in Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning. When he is not in the gym, he is on the field working as an NCAA division 1 baseball umpire.

Amy was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. She grew up playing soccer, softball, and trying to surf. She joined the Army in 2003. Amy Attended multiple universities while serving in the military and through multiple deployments earned a B.A. in Psychology (cum laude), a minor in Outdoor Leadership, and dabbled in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She later returned to college to earn her master’s degree at Dallas Theological Seminary, which is where her love of CrossFit began. During that time she earned the 2014 80th Training Command Best Warrior Competition NCO title, and 1st place in the Baylor Sprint Triathlon for age and gender category. She continues to serve the military as a Chaplain and her quirky personality and sense of humor is infectious.

Jeremiah is originally from Sa Diego, CA, but grow up a military brat moving every couple of years. He played soccer and ran cross country growing up. Jeremiah started CrossFit while stationed in Hawaii in 2009, and began coaching at Kandahar CrossFit in 2013. He has over 21 years of military service and believes fitness is the cornerstone of professionalism. In his free time, you can find him swimming, mountain biking, trail running or at the range getting in some trigger time with friends and family.

Deb is originally from Indiana but has been living in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area since 2008 when she arrived at Fort Bragg after training. She spent 12 years in the US Army as a Medic both Active Duty and Reserves with one combat deployment. Deb was always active and dedicated to being healthy and fit but found herself getting bored with the regular gym exercises and stationary cardio equipment. She found CrossFit in 2009 via crossfit.com and started doing the program on her own. Fast forward to 2013, Deb joined her first CrossFit gym and has been doing it consistently ever since. Having great Coaches, Deb realized that upon exiting the military, she was interested in Coaching CrossFit. Her favorite part of Coaching is helping people make small changes that will last a lifetime both inside and outside of the gym. When she’s not in the gym, she can be found at home with her 2 daughters and 2 dogs. Deb is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and a member of the CrossFit Seminar staff.

Christina is a third-generation military brat turned military spouse. She has lived all over the country, but is a beach girl in her core! She studied Engineering and Business at Auburn University and Dietetics at LSU. She is passionate about health and wellness and is a Nutrition Consultant for Tarheel CrossFit, and Cactus Creek Coffee! Tina takes special interest in making sure anyone can adapt and overcome what is perceived to be a limitation. CrossFit is the first sport she ever stuck with because the community is so inclusive! CrossFit doesn’t say you can’t because of a limitation, CrossFit figures out how to make you succeed with or without limitation! This is why Tina obtained her CF-L1&L2. In her spare time Tina is with her family, enjoying the outdoors or delicious food! Tina took 2nd place in the 2022 CrossFit Games, and 1st in the 2023 CrossFit Games in her division.

Justin is originally from Florida, and loves anything to do with the beach and outdoors. He coached CrossFit for 10 years prior to opening THCF. He has a passion for sports and has played/coached nearly every sport out there. He has been in the army for 16+ years and has multiple deployments. He has a BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Management. He is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and a member of the Seminar staff for the CrossFit preferred course Conjugate Powerlifting.
