Every athlete that joins Tarheel CrossFit will go through an orientation class that will cover the basic foundational movements of CrossFit and set a baseline to see the growth that will come.

Come in Saturday morning at 0800am for our free seminars offered only to our members. We cover topics such as: Olympic Weightlifting (led by a USAW Coach), gymnastics (led by our Gymnastics Coach), Nutrition (led by our Sports & PN-L1 Nutrition Coach), Endurance (led by our Endurance Coach), and Mobility (led by our Mobility Coach).
We take Thursday to collectively prioritize recovery and mobility. Our classes are at 12pm, 5pm, and 630pm.
Hybrid AF gives you 24/7 access to the gym for those with crazy schedules that can't make it to one of our coach led classes.
Come in or give us a call so we can can establish what you want/need. Personal training can be daily, weekly, or monthly meetings with programming in between to help you achieve your personal goals.
