Every athlete that joins Tarheel CrossFit will go through an orientation class that will cover the basic foundational movements of CrossFit and set a baseline to see the growth that will come.
Join one of our 4 daily classes that are led by one of our amazing coaches.
Come in Saturday morning and get specific movement cues from one of our coaches over the two olympic movements.
On our recovery day Thursday we do RomWod which focuses on stretching and recovery at 12pm and 5pm.
Hybrid AF gives you 24/7 access to the gym for those with crazy schedules that can't make it to one of our coach led classes.
Come in or give us a call so we can can establish what you want/need. Personal training can be daily, weekly, or monthly meetings with programming in between to help you achieve your personal goals.
