Sam is a dedicated trainer, mindset coach, and retired Special Operator with a deep passion for helping others achieve their best. Originally from California, Sam’s love for the outdoors and commitment to personal growth led him to pursue a career in coaching. Since 2018, he has focused on guiding others to improve their fitness, mindset, and overall potential, bringing his unique perspective and expertise to THCF.

Sam’s introduction to CrossFit while stationed in South Korea was a life-changing moment. He quickly recognized it as the most effective training program to prepare for the demands of military schools, selections, and deployments. CrossFit not only shaped his physical fitness but also strengthened the mindset that has been key to his success.

Sam is passionate about empowering people to surpass their limits and achieve what they once thought impossible. From helping individuals lose weight and excel in sports to advancing military careers, he takes pride in seeing others grow stronger, both physically and mentally, through focused training and support.
